Chelsea Athletics rolls into Thursday with another busy afternoon on the road. Today’s schedule features our younger golfers competing in a major SEC tournament and a pair of softball doubleheaders taking on tough conference opponents to the south. On the Links: JV SEC Invitational The day gets started early as the JV Boys Golf team travels to Ann Arbor to compete in the SEC Invitational at Huron Hills Golf Course. Tee times begin at 9:00 AM. This tournament serves as a fantastic showcase for the future of the program as the younger Bulldogs look to navigate the rolling hills and post low scores against the best of the conference. On the Diamond: Softball Doubleheaders Both levels of Chelsea softball are heading south down US-23 this afternoon for a pair of competitive non-conference matchups, with both doubleheaders throwing out the first pitch at 4:00 PM. Varsity Softball: The Varsity squad travels to Monroe High School for a tough twin bill against the Trojans. JV Softball: The JV team is also on the road, heading further south to Temperance to face off against a perennially strong Bedford program. Follow the Bulldogs!
