Bulldogs Home Stand: Chelsea Athletics Weekend Preview

It is going to be a packed weekend for Chelsea High School athletics! With a slate of home tournaments and cross-town doubleheaders, there are plenty of opportunities to catch our Bulldogs in action. Here is everything you need to know for the upcoming weekend of April 17th. Friday, April 17: Track and Water Polo Take Center Stage The weekend kicks off Friday afternoon with a high-energy atmosphere both on the track and in the pool. Chelsea Relays (4:00 PM): The Boys and Girls Track and Field teams will host the annual Chelsea Relays. Expect a fast-paced evening as teams from across the region compete in various relay formats. Boys Varsity Golf: The team travels to the Marshall Invite today at 10:00 AM. Chelsea Water Polo Tournament (5:00 PM): The Varsity Girls Water Polo team begins their home tournament at the Charles Cameron Pool. The Bulldogs face off against Mason in their opening match this evening. Saturday, April 18: A Super Saturday of Sports Saturday is a marathon of competition, featuring everything from the diamond to the pitch. On the Courts and Fields Varsity Girls Tennis (9:00 AM): The Bulldogs host the Chelsea Quad. Come out to support the team as they look to defend their home courts. Varsity Softball (9:00 AM): It’s a full day of ball at the Chelsea Round Robin. JV Girls Soccer (10:30 AM): Our JV squad takes on Parma Western in a mid-morning home clash. Baseball Doubleheaders Varsity Baseball (10:00 AM): The Bulldogs are scheduled to host Ann Arbor Pioneer for a doubleheader. Note: This matchup is subject to change depending on field conditions. Keep an eye on official athletics social media for updates. JV Baseball (10:00 AM): The JV team travels to Ann Arbor Pioneer to take on the Pioneers on their turf. On the Road JV Softball: The team travels to the Lake Orion Invite for a day of competitive tournament play. Modified Tennis: The varsity modified team heads north for the Howell Quad starting at 9:00 AM. Finishing the Fight in the Pool Varsity Girls Water Polo (8:00 AM): Tournament play continues all day at the Charles Cameron Pool.
